These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Hammonds Digital Ops text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or reply STOP to cancel at any time.
About the Program
Hammonds Digital Ops offers a mobile messaging program that sends text messages related to our services, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, follow-ups, account and service updates, and promotional offers.
Your consent to receive texts
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by submitting a form, texting a keyword, or otherwise giving your express written consent — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Hammonds Digital Ops at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your plan with your mobile carrier. Hammonds Digital Ops does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
Opting out & getting help
Cancel or get help any time
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy

Changes to these Terms

Governing law
